A speeding, intoxicated driver narrowly avoided a serious accident in Bengaluru late Thursday, crashing his Skoda into the outer wall of Barbeque Nation on Indiranagar’s 100 Feet Road. The driver, who was under the influence of alcohol, failed to negotiate a left turn, going over the road divider. He has been detained, and legal action is underway.
